When and how can I cancel an order?
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item. To change an
Item/Order you have to cancel the existing order and place new order. Once the order is shipped it
cannot be cancelled

What is the Return pickup process?
Once you initiate the return request, we will commence the process for a pickup, we request our
logistic partners to arrange a pick up from your doorstep. They would contact you and get the item
picked up. Packing Instructions will be sent to you through e-mail.
I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do?

When are returns not possible?
When the below-mentioned points are not fulfilled, returns are not possible.
The return needs to be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.
When are Refunds provided?
Refunds would be initiated once the returned product has reached our warehouse/store and the quality
check is complete.
What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
For Credit Card/Net Banking, refunds will be done through the payment gateway. It typically takes 7 to 8
days for refunds to reflect into your account which is completely dependent on the bank. For Cash on
Delivery Orders, the refund will be processed through online transfer. It may take 7 to 10 business days
to reflect in your account. Please reply to our e-mail which will be sent when the refund is requested
with details of your bank account. Refund on products bought at discount will be through collective
credit points only.

We promise a full refund for the item.
If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size, or color, or if you come across
any defects, we’ll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 15
days of receipt.

Mermaid Collections will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer against returns arising due to
erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes complete responsibility for the accuracy of
the information provided.
Refunds will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse/store & after a quality check.
Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing it over to courier partners.
The collective follows 15 days, No question asked return policy. You can return the product within
15 days of delivery.
